Systaime, a manipulator of pixels and witness of our times
Born in 1973, Michaël Borras, a.k.a Systaime, lives and works in Paris. He is one of the most iconic representatives of net-art. His specialty is to divert the images of our "society of spectacle" by integrating them into subversive though still entertaining videos mixes. Web creator, video artist and net attitude activist, he experiments with digital technologies with an unquenched drive for discovery. Creator of the "French Trash Touch" movement and member of the “Internationale Echantillonniste” (Intenational Samplist), he is a creative and propagating agent of the alternative artistic Parisian network.
