This week we have tested a new apparatus having arrived recently. It is a programmable GSM/GPRS shield developped by Seeed Studios, basically an open cell phone that can be controlled to the extent of one's imagination, and of course a little knowledge of microcontrollers and electronics. Already we can say that all functions work well: sending and receiving calls, sms text send and receive, logging to the internet to deliver basic inforamation, and more!
