Yacine Ait Kaci Naziha Mestaoui - Electronic Shadow
Créé en 2000 par Naziha Mestaoui, architecte, et Yacine Ait Kaci, directeur artistique multimédia, Electronic Shadow concentre ses recherches et la plupart de ses réalisations sur les relations entre espace physique et image. Sous le terme de design hybride, Electronic Shadow crée une fusion littérale entre espace et image à travers notamment un système de projection breveté en 2003 et diverses façons de synchroniser réel et virtuel. Partageant son activité entre recherche artistique et application à de nouveaux types de commande, Electronic Shadow a multiplié depuis huit ans les expositions dans le monde (New York, Tokyo, Milan, Berlin, Pékin, Shanghai, Paris, Rio, Sao Paulo…) et remporté de nombreux prix (Trophée Laval Virtual, Grand Prix Japan Media Art Festival, Ars Electronica…). La dernière installation d’Electronic Shadow, Bissextiles, est actuellement en exposition dans plusieurs villes de Chine, puis sera vendue aux enchères à Hong Kong, après avoir été exposée à Pékin lors des J.O. Naziha Mestaoui et Yacine Ait Kaci préparent de nouveaux projets qui permettront très prochainement de faire entrer leurs concepts dans l’habitat du XXIe siècle.
