FestivalExpress, the submission tool for Festival organizers

FestivalExpress is a free submission tool for festival organizers worldwide.

 

Get more international Artworks submissions today by using FestivalsExpress.

To do so:

- Register your festival if it is not yet in the database,

- In your festival record, define your sections under the top field "Festival Sections" separated by comas,

- Define if the submission to the festival is free or need payment: field "Artwork submission fee", choose Yes or No,

- Define the "Artwork submission amount",

- and simply select Yes for the field "Submission accepted on Digitalarti.com".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You are ready to receive submissions.

To manage the submissions, use your festival back-office:

To do so, first click on "My Blog" on the left column.

 

 

 

 

 

Then select your festival record

 

 

 

 

 

And check the tab "Films submissions status" of your festival information.

 

 

 

Submitted Artwork start with the status Submitted. It is up to you to then "Accept" them by simply changing the Artwork status. Once paid (or if the festival submission is free) change the status to "Payed". The artist will be advised of the changes. Later on, once your festival selection is defined, change the status of the selected artwork to "Selected". Same for awards.

 

 

 

 

You will also receive an email for each submitted artwork.

New tools will be developped in the coming months to extend the FestivalExpress submission tools namely the online payment of submission fees, a complete printed artwork form, submitted artwork extracts for festival catalog data...
