- Manage your artwork submissions

You can follow the status of your Artwork submissions online at the "Submission status" tab of your Artwork information of your digitalarti.com profile. Please note that your Artwork is considered submitted only when accepted by the festival.

To find your Artwork record, on the left click on "My Blog"

Click on the title of your artwork record

Click on "Festival Submission Status"

Submitted artwork start with the status Submitted.

It is up to the festival to then "Accept" them by changing the Artwork status. Once paid directly to the festival (or if the festival submission is free) the festival will change the status to "Payed". The filmmaker will be advised of the changes. Later on, once the festival selection is defined, the status change to "Selected" for the artwork the festival will program. Same for awards.

You will also receive an email for each submitted artwork and each status change.

New tools will be developped in the coming weeks and months to extend the FestivalExpress submission tools namely the printout of a complete film form.

After all this, search for Festivals, look for festivals accepting our FestivalsExpress submission system, make friends with other artists, with festival organizers...

For more visibility, use our efficient promotion services as many artworks do.

And good luck for your artwork...
