Launch of the 4 calls for participation
Cap Digital is launching 4 calls for proposals addressed to companies, research labs, schools, public services of the Paris Region, and more generally to creatives, artists, institutions, and non-profits. Whereas the three first calls concern French applicants, the “International Village” call is specifically addressed to international participants.
The second edition of Futur en Seine will take place from Friday the 17th to Sunday the 26th of June 2011 in Paris and the Paris Region.

The festival for digital life and creativity is a biennial event first held in 2009, created by Cap Digital and supported by the Paris Region, Municipality, as well as other public and corporate partners. The 2011 edition will take place on several sites. It is built on five major themes related to digital content and services: the Future of Life, the Future of the City, the Future of Sound and Image, the Future of Creativity, the Future of Communications.
Funding: These calls put forward an opportunity to exhibit and are by no means a way to raise funds. The call organizers are committed to provide a suitable exhibition space to greet visitors and communicate.
Selection: A jury of experts will select proposals according to available exhibition space. Agenda: Any questions participants have regarding the 4 calls may be submitted before the 16th of december and will be answered late December. The call closes on the 21st of January 2011.
Communication : Shortlisted participations will fully be part of the Futur en Seine 2011 program and its related communications strategy.
