"Siren Shield" - HeHe

Siren Shield is a software which detects the French police siren. Connected to a
video camera or a cable television network it records real and virtual police
activity. Siren Shield functions in the tradition of artworks, which invert
humerously the Control State into ways of controlling the state. Siren Shield
is freely available on the web : http://hehe.org.free.fr/hehe/siren/index.html

For the occasion of INTERNET / ANONIMITY a small potpourri of Siren Shield
recordings will be mixed, together with two-tone experiments and compositions.
