The cie sound track has been created in Chaumont/Haute Marne/France, on 1990. It's main purpose is to create and animate an artistic network that brings together musiciens and contemporary visual artists, allowding mixed creation and promoting hybrid events, such us choregraphic works, films, videos, perfornaces, art and sound exhibitions, theatrical shows, etc. etc.. Our duty is to animate artistic reaserch and reflection about hybrid artistic forms.

On 1993, we created a CDRom, a sort of catalogue that generated diffrent artistic orders/commandes, gouping 10 musiciens : Olivier Brochard, Patricia Dallio, Patrick Duvoisin, Marie-Hélène Fournier, Philippe Gisselmann, Gérard Hourbette, Ben Jager, André Margenthaler, Thierry Zaboitzeff, Fred Wallick.

On 2005, in coherence with our purpose, sound track generates a collective artwork called (( Sonocité )), a DVDRom assoiating musical creaters and visuals artists. A sort of laboratory of artistc work in twos : musiciens/plastic artists, musiciens/digital peinters, sound creaters/programmers.... : Marie-Hélène Fournier, Malte Martin, Nicolas Clauss, Patricia Dallio, Antoine Schmitt, Wall°ich, Xavier Boissarie, Philippe Lakits, Ermeline le Mézo, Francisco Ruiz de Infante, Christian Sebille, Julia Blanchard, Arnaud Laumont, Tim Catinat, Jêrome Soudan. ((( Sono-cité ))) means to built together and expecially to create together, streching the bounds amoung arts.

Sound track, it's an artistic collectif that reflects the multiplicity of diffrent contemporary artistic worlds, muggled together to create in a new way of thinking art and life.

Since 2006, cie sound track has been supporting and producing creations of differents artists, expecially the artwork of the musicien Patricia Dallio : "La teneur de l’air" a performance for 2 musiciens using numeric keypad and sensor instruments; « le Parvis des ondes » a danse-concert for 2 musiciens and 1 danser ; "Stabat Mater furiosa" a theatrical piece for 1 musicien and 1 actrice, and finally "Bise l’assault/Ecluse n°13" a visual and sound exhibition with micro concerts for an inimate public, signed by the musicien Patricia Dallio and the peinter and video-maker Nicolas Clauss.

La cie sound track a occupé durant dix jours le gymnase mis à disposition par le Nouveau Relax de Chaumont pour y proposer des ateliers de recherche et de création ouverts au public chaque jour à 18h .

Dix artistes se sont succédé dans une démarche d’échange, de recherche en commun, d’improvisation et de rencontre.
L’œuvre interactive du programmeur plasticien Antoine Schmitt « Time slip » était le fil conducteur de l’atelier au gymnase.
Cette œuvre nous reliait en temps réel, aux informations AFP conjuguées au futur ... une source intarissable d’inspiration
et de déstabilisation suscitant la discussion entre les visiteurs et les artistes.

L’œuvre « Time slip » d'Antoine Schmitt :
Sur l'écran se succèdent des brèves tirées du fil AFP, mais celles-si sont conjuguées au futur : "Alain Robes-Grillet
va mourir des suites d'une crise cardique", "l'OM va écraser le PSG 3 à 0", "Barak Obama va recueillir 53%
des voix dans l'Alabama"... A part le temps du verbe, les nouvelles sont intégralement vraies et tirées de l'actualité.
Les visiteurs sont en quelque sorte projetés en arrière dans le temps comme si un devin leur révélait le futur :
sentiment de décalage temporel. Ou bien pour quelqu'un qui ne serait pas encore au courant de la nouvelle,
c'est comme si un oracle le lui révélait à l'avance : sentiment d'angoisse ou de pervers pouvoir absolu.
L’œuvre d’Antoine Schmitt déstabilise et questionne par l'introduction de glissements dans le cours du temps.
« Time slip » est un travail plastique lié à un questionnement philosophique sur le destin, son écriture préalable
ou son déterminisme causal, et au bout du compte un travail sur le libre arbitre dans un univers où le temps
et sa causalité peut vaciller. Il renvoie le spectateur au contrôle de sa propre destinée. C'est aussi une réflexion
sur la force motrice de l'imprédictibilité et du risque, de plus en plus centrale dans le monde contemporain.
