Origamibiro and The Joy of Box is a live audio-visual convergence between video artist The Joy of Box (Jim Boxall) and musicians and producers Origamibiro (Tom Hill and Andy Tytherleigh), involving multiple instruments, hi and lo-fi technologies and unorthodox objects to produce an intimate, vivid and atmospheric performance.

Des origami et des emballages à bulles sont déchiquetés pour produire des beats denses et samplés aux côtés d’une contrebasse, d’instruments à cordes et d’un ukulele, tandis qu’une caméra infra-rouge examine de vieux livres feuilletés au rythme de la musique et que de la poésie tapée sur une machine à écrire est martelée à quatre temps.
