The EM District Presents: Bangkok Illumination 2015,” is the Thailand’s first international lighting festival. The event will transform The EM District and Sukhumvit Road into a lighting art exhibition with stunning lighting art and 3D mapping performance produced by Digitalarti will be displayed on the luxurious front façade of The Emporium and The EmQuartier shopping complex.
For Bangkok Illumination 2015, Digitalarti wanted to produce both a great interactive way for people to participate and a spectacular illumination show. The two produced creations fit this goal extremely well.
Flow mapping is a huge creative mapping that will be shown every day on the two large facades of the Emporium mall creating a highly spectacular light and sound original creation.
Loplite is a great way for artists and participants to create spectacular light drawings simply using laser pointers or light tools. Both attendees and professional artists can create new art. We invite a graffiti artist to perform with those interactive opportunities and then all attendees to create directly afterwards. Attendees watch the artist perform and join after his/her performance to participate and create themselves, too. The art can be saved and publicized on social networks daily after the closing of the event.
