Muse : first artists announcement for the new mall in MetzNews published on 03 Dec 2015 in Interactive Art Shopping
Digitalarti had announced a few months ago its partnership with APSYS, one of the largest European shopping mall companies, to create and install 15 pieces of digital artwork for a new shopping mall experience and gives malls worldwide the demonstration of what’s possible with digital art as they strive to provide a new digital customer experience.
Digitalarti has curated and selected 15 digital artworks for the new mall designed by the international architect Viguier in front of the Georges Pompidou center in Metz, France.
This selection of digital artworks will be a great digital art panorama at all levels: Interactive floor, magic mirrors, sound garden, bright furnishings… A surprising and incentive journey in this new mall. French and international major works selected for the Muse of architecture, from the car park on the first floor. A This selection of interactive works transforms these spaces into a real game and interactive sensory experiments both surprising, spectacular and memorable.

First artists announcement:
– The installation Akouskaflore by Scenocosme is an interactive garden that questions sensitively, artistic and musical relationships with the plants and the environment.
–The parking proposed by Visual System invests a singular and usually neglected architectural space. This immersive and multicolored scenography will be composed of organic and dynamic lines. This light network that runs through the ceiling above all parking spaces is intented to be an utopian space and a visual and sound adventure.
–Mobile designed by Vincent Leroy is an imposing moving sculpture, revealing free abstract shapes and three-dimensional representations. By Giving the illusion of an installation weightless, Mobile is a true artistic prowess of over 15m in height composed of more than 44 spheres of 30 cm in diameter.
Tapis T, imagined by Pascal Bauer, is a sensible video surface of 40 m long is a new type of tactile, visual and entertaining for the general public. This collaborative work consists of a sensitive and interactive material making use of cutting edge technologies. Its creative graphics, and generated content in real time will surprise and impress a wide audience.

The content of these interactive installations will have to be repeated to tempt visitors to return regularly to discover new works.
Digitalarti team, piloted by Malo Girod de l’Ain, CEO, and Julie Miguirditchian, curator and director of production, will produce this so exciting project with real enthusiasm.
